The purchaser may return items for a refund of the purchase price, less the shipping cost. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Return items must be in new condition, original packaging, unused condition (no odors such as perfume) within 3 days of receiving the item ( you must include your iDressOnline invoice as proof of purchase).
Customers must obtain an RMA number from iDressOnline prior to returning any merchandise, or the returned items will not be processed. RMA numbers can be requested by email our support team with the details of damages or defects. Merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be processed. The RMA numbers are valid from 3 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) immediately. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of all returns. For your protection, please insure the returned package(s), provide tracking reference and proof of delivery.

Please allow 7-10 days from the date the return arrived at our warehouse to process your full refund less shipping cost and 15% restocking fee.
Please use a shipping method which requires our signature, for your protection. Pack the item in its original package. Do not use a standard envelope; postal mailing machines will frequently damage the product or cause it to rip out of the envelope.
