The purchaser may return for a store credit of the purchase price after placing an order , less the shipping cost within 3 days of receipt Excluding sale/clearance items, promotional merchandise, accessories, special order dress (any dress which didn't state "in stock" after the size), and a high end dress (any dress value of $500 or more of purchase price). No exception under any circumstances. Shipping fee of each return merchandise will be deducted from the amount of your refund. The store credit is valid for one year from the date it credits to account.
Return items must be in new original condition, original packaging, unused condition (no odors such as perfume or cigarette smoke) within 3 days of receiving the item ( you must include your iDressOnline invoice as proof of purchase).
Customers must obtain an RMA number from iDressOnline prior to returning any merchandise, or the returned items will not be processed. RMA numbers can be requested by email our support team at customerservice@idressonline.com with the details of damages or defects or login your account and request RMA number. The RMA numbers are valid from 3 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) immediately. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of all returns. For your protection, please insure the returned package(s), provide tracking reference and proof of delivery.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned and exchange items. Some of our products are offered with free or discount shipping, so please note that if you return a product that has free or discount shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date the return arrived at our warehouse to process your store credit less any restocking fee, cancellation fee, and shipping cost.
We reserved the right to refuse all returns without RMAnumber or order number.
All sales are final on sale/clearance items, promotional merchandise, and accessories. No exception under any circumstances.
Special Order:
Any dress that didn't indicate "in stock" after the size. Your credit card is charged once you complete the checkout process and it will ship to you immediately after we received the item/items from the designer. Special order might takes from 5-12 weeks to arrive. If the designer happens to have the items in the warehouse then we might ship the items sooner than normal delivery date.
Special Order and High End Dress Exchange/Cancellation Policy:
You might one time exchange for another size dress with a 50% RESTOCKING FEE and 50% CANCELLATION FEE apply if you cancell after you placed an order.
Stock Availability:
We will ship "in stock" items within 1-7 business days after you placed an order. When you see "in stock" written after the size number or letter it means that we have the item in our store. Stock availability is constantly changing throughout the day, espcially during the month of March, April, and May, we suggested that you placed an order once you find the dress you liked. If you ordered an item that is out of stock or no longer available, we will notify you by email. In any case you changed your mind of size or color in your order after checkout completion, you need to email us at customerser@idressonline.com to let us know within 24 hours.
International Orders:
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, tariffs, duties, and any other taxes that may apply to international orders. |
