The purchaser may return merchandise for a refund of the purchase price, less the shipping cost and restocking fee. 15% restocking fee of original retail price and retail shipping fee amount of each merchandise will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Return items must be in new condition, original packaging, unused condition (no odors such as perfume) within 3 days of receiving the item ( you must include your iDressOnline invoice as proof of purchase).
Customers must obtain an RMA number from iDressOnline prior to returning any merchandise, or the returned items will not be processed. RMA numbers can be requested by email our support team with the details of damages or defects. Merchandise returned without an RMA and ORDER number will not be processed. The RMA numbers are valid from 3 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) immediately. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of all returns. For your protection, please insure the returned package(s), provide tracking reference and proof of delivery.

Any items marked as "CLEARANCE" are final.
