Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, & Wire Transfer We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, and wire transfer in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are
processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For wire transfer, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt
for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot
guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or
payment is received.
International Orders We only accept payment through Western Union at westernunion.com, bank wire transfer, or through your PayPal account.Customers are responsible for all import taxes, tariffs, duties, and any other taxes that may apply to international orders

Returns We will gladly accept the return of products excluding special order dress and accessories for store credit less the shipping cost within 3 days of receipt.No exception under any circumstance.Return items must be in new original condition, original packaging, unused condition (no odors such as perfume or cigarette smoke) within 3 days of receiving the item. RMA number can be requested by email our support team at customerservice@idressonline.com
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned and exchange items. Some of our products are offered with free or discount shipping, so please note that if you return a product that has free or discount shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.Please allow 7-10 business days from the date the return arrived at our warehouse to process your store credit less any restocking fee, cancellation fee, and shipping cost.
We reserved the right to refuse all returns without RMA number.
Special Order Any dress that didn't indicate "in stock" after the size. Your credit card is charged once you complete the checkout process and it will ship to you immediately after we received the item/items from the designer. Special order might takes from 5-12 weeks to arrive. If the designer happens to have the items in the warehouse then we might ship the items sooner than normal delivery date.

Exchange/Cancellation Policy
You might one time exchange for another size dress with a 50% RESTOCKING FEE and 50% CANCELLATION FEE apply if you cancelled after you placed an order. In addition you will incure any shipping fees and insurance fees.
Stock Availability We will ship "in stock" items within 1-5 business days after you placed an order. When you see "in stock" written after the size number or letter it means that we have the item in our store. Stock availability is constantly changing throughout the day, especially during the prom season. If you ordered an item that is out of stock or no longer available, we will notify you by email. In any case you changed your mind of size or color in your order after checkout completion, you need to email us at customerservice@idressonline.com to let us know within 24 hours
Taxes Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
